The CONQUER POLY is a professional, high-performance automotive spray booth and paint curing oven manufactured by Nova Verta in Italy. Distributed globally for premium auto body workshops—including through regional machinery suppliers like Apex Iraq—this advanced booth is engineered to provide a completely pristine, dust-free environment for applying and curing vehicle paint.

The structure features 60mm thick walls packed with industrial-grade glass wool to maximize thermal insulation, heat retention, and energy efficiency during intense bake cycles. It utilizes a high-output diesel fuel burner system designed to rapidly elevate and precisely stabilize temperatures, ensuring a flawless, factory-grade paint cure every time.

To maintain clear working conditions, the advanced ventilation setup ensures a constant, uniform downdraft air speed that pulls overspray straight down and away from the vehicle panels. Visibility is optimized by two continuous lines of heavy-duty upper lighting fixtures that eliminate shadows, allowing technicians to accurately match colors and spot minute imperfections. Finally, the booth is designed with a wide, four-leaf front door configuration that accommodates effortless vehicle entry, exit, and a secure air-tight seal during operation.
