Excel

Excel Auto Body Products is a leading brand specializing in professional automotive paint, surface preparation materials, and shop finishing tools. If you are looking to outfit a collision or restoration facility, their extensive catalog focuses heavily on high-utility chemical solutions, paint lines, and micro-tools engineered for flawless results. The core Excel Paint Line features fast-drying acrylic enamels, specialty hot rod colors, basecoats, and high-coverage multi-purpose clearcoats formulated for superior gloss and UV protection.

These are complemented by high-build primers and sealers that offer rapid drying times, easy sanding properties, and exceptional adhesion to raw or primed structural metals.

For quick maintenance, Excel provides specialized aerosol fixes, including gun cleaners to dissolve solvent or waterborne paints, Trim Black Satin sprays for chassis restoration, and 2K spot-repair clear coats. To prepare vehicles for spraying, the brand supplies bulk solvents like Methyl Ethyl Ketone, mineral spirits, and pure acetone to thoroughly degrease sheet metal panels. Technicians also rely on Excel’s premium bodyshop wipes, microfiber boxes, and spunlace wipers to completely eliminate lint, dust, or static before applying topcoats. Finally, their catalog features chemical-resistant spray gun components and micro-applicator brushes designed for intricate detailing and paint correction work.
