Strong body and large surface ensure maximum stability in all working conditions. Provided with a safety device to avoid the descent in case of a lack of air pressure. Supplied with an automatic overload safety valve. Descent controlled by a pneumatic vacuum system. Three-position adjusting handle. Working pressure 8 – 10 bar. Air inlet ¼” gas. The models O.P. 203 and O.P. 154 are supplied with two extension plates.

A pneumatic trolley jack, also known as an air-hydraulic floor jack, combines high-capacity hydraulic lifting power with the rapid speed of workshop compressed air. These jacks utilize standard shop air pressure to drive a pneumatic pump that forces hydraulic oil into the lifting cylinder, eliminating the physical exhaustion of manual pumping. Built on a low-profile wheeled chassis with a long steering handle, they easily roll deep underneath heavy vehicles and machinery to reach central lifting points.

They feature an integrated manual pump handle to allow precise lifting adjustments when air lines are disconnected or unavailable. To protect both the technician and the load, these jacks incorporate built-in safety overload valves to prevent lifting beyond capacity, alongside controlled descent valves that ensure smooth, gradual lowering.
